Bed and Breakfast

Bed and Breakfast charges are per person, and based on 2 people sharing any of the  rooms.

Children between the ages of 5 - 16 years are charged half price, if sharing with 2 adults.

Children 16 - 18 have a reduction of £10 on adult prices if sharing with 2 adults.

In the case of children sharing with 1 adult, the first child will be charged full price.

Usually there is a minimum stay of two nights, but one night stays may be available on occasions

subject to availability and will incur a £10 supplement.

Single occupancy when available in a double room will incur a supplement of £15.

Sorry, pets or children under five years cannot be accommodated.

Off Season

1st November - 27 March (excluding Xmas/ New year )

 

Family Room - £32.50 pppn

Double / Twin room - £32.50 pppn

Kingsize room - £35 pppn

 

 

In Season

28th March - 31st October

 

Family Room - £35.00 pppn

Double / Twin Room - £37.50 pppn

Kingsize room - £40.00 pppn

 

 

A non refundable deposit of £20 per room per night is required to secure the reservation. This must be received within 7 days of the reservation being placed,  or the reservation will be void. If you find yourself unable to fulfil the booking for whatever reason, please let us know as soon as possible and we will make every effort to re- let your room. If we are unable to re-let the room we reserve the right to take payment in full  for each night of the booked period the room remains unoccupied (as per normal legal UK practice ). We recommend you take out travel insurance.
